Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 30 days from the original purchase date to initiate a return.
Returns: Approved returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Mini Skin E-Gift Card, processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your item(s).
Exchanges: For faster exchanges, first return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions for shipping your item(s) back to us. Please note that you'll be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. Returns for store credit are also accepted within 30 days, provided you have a valid receipt and all tags attached.
Please note that we reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers at our discretion. Returns or exchanges won't be accepted the following conditions:
- Any items that are returned damaged
- Any items returned that appear to be worn, washed and/or altered
- Any items returned with pet hair, makeup stains and/or tanning solutions
- Any items returned with a strong perfume scent, body odor and/or cigarette odor
- Any items returned with rips, stains and/or holes
- Any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 30 days of the original purchase date
Any items returned to our Distribution Center that don't meet our return criteria will be discarded.
